We believe that new managers deserve a space to explore themselves and develop strong, foundational leadership skills.
In our cohort model, a diverse group of leaders come together to learn, create connections, grow over 6 weeks.
Each week there is a live online session with discussion topics. In between sessions, there is content to review in prep for the next session.
This is targeted at new leaders, but anyone looking to grow their leadership skills is welcome!
